I've started compiling some of the most creative and unique sweet creations I keep coming across the internet. I know there are lots of compilations everywhere, but I'd love to make my own; to share with you guys, and to keep on my blog for future reference.

People come up with some of the most amazing ideas! I decided to start with Nutella (the classic chocolate-hazelnut spread), inspired from my last post
These are creative in terms of flavor combinations as well as presentation :)

Toasted Pistachio Ice-Cream

My Amazon wishlist is ever-growing. If anyone wants to give me a gift, that would be the first and only place to look. I especially have a long list of cookbooks I want. I do a lot of research on them, since it's something I'm going to treasure forever, and I want to make sure I'll really use them all the time and so far, so good. I thought it'd be a long time before I'd get anything off my wishlist but then my mom gave me a very old B&N gift card that she insisted she wasn't going to get to use.
I personally think B&N is vastly overpriced especially compared to Amazon. I'm actually still not sure how they're still in business. I went and compared prices on my smartphone to the potential books I wanted, and Amazon was about $10 cheaper in most cases. I finally settled on a book that used up the entire gift card so I wouldn't have to come back... and I think I made a great choice....

Bischoff Bar

I must be honest. I've never been a fan of Bischoff cookies that Delta airlines is always handing out. I have quite a few friends that are thrilled to be on a flight just for those, but I'm not one of them. The cookies are too crispy for my own liking. If I had to choose between crispy and chewy, it would be chewy any day.

Either way, when I saw the Bischoff spread at the store, I was unreasonably excited to experiment with it. Lovers of the cookies will be pleased to know the spread is pretty much exactly like the cookie, and it looks just like peanut butter. It also smells rather wonderful.

Nutella Cream Puffs

I was sixteen years old and visiting a friend in Toronto when I had my first taste of the famous chocolate-hazelnut spread, Nutella. We snuck down to the kitchen at three in the morning and made some toast, with Nutella sandwiched between them. I still remember the gooey chocolate spread oozing out from the warm bread, leaving the most delicious aroma in the air. The best part was definitely getting to lick the rest off my fingers.
To this day, it’s still my favorite way to eat Nutella (mixing some peanut butter is simply the icing on the cake, so to speak).

Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Cakes

I made these cakes on the same day as I made the cheesecakes. I thought these were better, but Joe and Ran loved the cheesecakes more. However, when Joe took all of these to his hospital team, many of them preferred these. Logically speaking though, one is a hazelnut sponge cake topped with luscious chocolate mousse and the other is a creamy cheesecake with blueberries, so not really in the same categories...
